We recognize that every household is unique, with its own expectations, schedule, and standards. For this reason, we work closely with each client to develop a clear job description and compensation package tailored to your specific needs.
Clients are not obligated to pay any placement fees until a candidate has been selected and begins employment in your home.
Placement Fees
Live-out placements
20% of total gross annual compensation — minimum fee $3,500
Live-in placements
25% of total gross annual compensation — minimum fee $4,000
Short-term placements (4 months or less)
30% of total gross compensation — minimum fee $3,500

Our Guarantee
We place both full-time and part-time household professionals.
If a placement does not meet your expectations, Las Vegas Domestic Staffing will provide a replacement at no additional charge during:
• The first three months of a full-time placement, or
• The first two months of a part-time placement
This guarantee applies to placements made under an annual contract.

Every candidate undergoes a rigorous multi-level screening process, including identity verification, criminal background checks, and detailed reference investigations.
What if I need to cancel my search?
While placement fees are contingent on a successful hire, any initial retainer is utilized to cover the extensive logistical and screening costs incurred from the start.
